Duskwood without a doubt, the whole area sends out a creepy vibe from the Ravenhill Cemetery to all the farms infested with Worgen. The quests are all very fitting, the Morgan Ladimore story is still amongst my WoW favorites. I also agree with the comment about Darkshire, it definitely gives off that feeling of a survival horror; the last line of safety with danger in every direction. I'd say Duskwood is also one of the few areas that is actually dark, WPL and EPL are more of a sunset color in my opinion.

Silithus! I HATE Silithid. Really. Hate 'em more than BE males and Gnomes. There's a constant buzzing sound in there, it seems like they're gonna infest my body and grasp my brain, I HATE THAT FEELING.
Other than that, RFD and E/WPL creep the living hell out of me.

Not so much a zone, but I really hate warp stalkers. Everything about them creeps me out. On my warlock they're not as big a problem since I can throw on Detect Invisibility, but for my other characters, not knowing exactly where they are gets on my nerves. They charge you out of invisibility, usually throwing a debuff or dot on you for good measure, and then tearing away at you with that nasty squeal-roar they make.
