Why are JC being left out of the "Dreadful" PVP gear change

If you go and look up the Dreadful gear to see what matts you'll need to make the new stuff you'll see that the rings necklaces and trinkets are not available to JC so that means Dreadful rings, necklaces, and trinkets will not be available to your up and coming alts either.
So why is JC being left out ... ?
We got a few good rings however their very hard to make ... and their weaker than the Dreadful too.

why
or want a tap on the shoulder or better someone to magically make it all go away?
Proffesions can be only balanced around the extra stat bonus all the rest is a bonus or lack of it. Do you see engineers whining that all of their perks arent usable practically anywhere atm?
JC had good rings before and they were expensive as hell and not so great in comparison to alternatives, but they were easy to get for a fresh ding and thats their major advantage.

O.o Did they add thous gems in this patch? Couse I didn't see them in 5.0 and 5.1
