It displays okay here but we did have some issues last week so I wonder if some bad page data has been cached on your machine. Could you try clearing your browser's cache (shift+f5 and ctrl+f5 on Windows browsers and alt+cmd+e on Mac Safari) and let me know if the issue persists.

Sorry wowhead I'm always clearing my cached & browser's (result) did not fix my problem with my Profiler….. if you all want you can all try their suggestion to fix (your) problem you may get lucky.

The site is currently working on an update to the old Profiler to work fully with the changes to the game since 5.0. This means that the current version of the Profiler that is on the live site still has several of its features severely bugged.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but we leave the old Profiler up in the meantime for those who still find elements useful. We hope to have the new tools in place soon but I'm unable to give an ETA on when they might be implemented.

Sorry for the delay responding to this thread but I wanted to find out more about the issue before posting and now we think this issue should be fixed and the queue moving again.

@wowheadbattler, Your issue is unrelated to the resync queue stoppage that this thread is discussing and I understand your frustration but the dev team is really working hard to implement the new tool and that will be the ultimate resolution to your overall issues.
In the meantime we simply have a couple of workarounds for the major problems:
- To find new characters one can create the URL using the pattern "http://www.wowhead.com/profile=" followed by "region.server.character" (eg. http://www.wowhead.com/profile=eu.eonar.asakawa). In the server name apostrophes are removed and spaces are replaced with dashes so "The Sha'tar" becomes "the-shatar".
- To use the "find upgrade" option in the Profiler, one must first make a custom stat weight on the site. This stat weight will then appear as an option when you choose "find upgrade". After clicking the custom weight you can always change the weight to one of the main Class ones instead on the filter page.
- The main known issue is Monks not displaying. There is no current workaround for this issue.
