Dominance Offensive Faction - Confused

Came back to the game not too long ago, got a toon to 90. Started the gear grind, now I'm up to collecting rep gear, thought I would start with Dominance Offensive. I see the rep bar in my reputation window...but I can't find any quests. I ran all the quests involving Garrosh, and light the signal fire. And still...can't see any dailies. Am I missing something?

@ OP, maybe you're just flying in the wrong area (no idea as i'm Ally)
but i recently (literally 3 days ago) started my 4th 90 through those and had dailies available right from the start.

Did you maybe already do your first run of the dailies without noticing it? Did you already quest on
this island?
If you did, there is a fortress at the marker, you will always get the dailies there.

I think i know the problem.
Head back to dominance point and look for some dailies.
They should send you to different place every day.
