ok guys here is my issue, currently am not raidding am more of a casual player. I want to reroll to Resto but the only way to be done is by grinding Justice and Valor points as it seems. Is there any vendor that sells gear with gold currency that ive missed?

You can buy various pieces of gear from Reputation grinds with gold.
