Prior to MoP release date it was possible to have expansion purchases reversed, but I would hazard a guess that purchases of current content are not returnable. I could be wrong, though. You would have to contact customer service to get a definitive answer.

I sort of remember something being discussed about this in the D3 forums. IIRC, Europe has a law that says you guys can get a refund up to 30 days after the purchase. I don't recall if it applied to digital purchases or not. This was some time ago, back when D3 first came out and a lot of people were unhappy with it.

No. It's in the FAQ for digital purchases.
Yes, that was part of the argument over on the D3 forums, but what was being said was that European law trumps Blizzards return policy. Remember, he/she's from Europe, they have a different set of commerce laws than what we have in the states.
