Masterwork Lightsteel items

Hi,
In the Blacksmithing spells listing, there are many Masterwork Lightsteel (450 iLvL) items that you can apparently craft. However, there is no info on vendor, and when you go to the item, it says 'Not available to players'.
If they are not in the game, why are they listed?
For example:

Not all the Lightsteel items made it to Live. Its still in the game data files so wowhead still lists it. Its best to report these types of items as not being available to players by using the "Feedback" link located at the top of the items page, by your screen name.

Looks like none of the armor made it to the game, and only the Shield did. What do you mean it's still in the game data files? If it's not live, surely it's not in the data files?

The recipes and items were manually marked as removed--we will get to the spells this week.
A lot of recipe data is in the files, but doesn't make it to live, so we have to periodically go through the lists and see if something hasn't made it.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##perculia##DELIM##

Its in the Data files but deactivated. The way wowhead obtains is information about almost everything is through Data Mining of the actual game files. If the Blizzard server registers the item as deactivated, the actual game will not produce it, yet the game itself still has the information in the files. This happens alot with quests also.
Take seasonal and holiday events. All the information is still there in the game files but its not active. Its only activated at certain dates and times of the year.
