Destruction DPS Help!

This is my first time posting, and I have read a lot of other posts on here and other forums. I just don't know what I am doing wrong. My DPS is anywhere from 40-52k and my iLevel is 481. All of my items are enchanted, and my hit is capped. For some reason I seem to do more DPS when I have Grimoire of Supremacy, while using my imp. I also use Grimoire of Sacrifice if I have my other talents activated. When I am in dungeons or LFR my DPS is in the middle, I would like it to be a lot higher. I see other locks doing 80-110k, and some of them are Destro! I have read that Affliction and Demo does more DPS, but I just don't have as much fun with them as I do with my Destro.
I am trying to think of all the things that would help you, help me. My rotation is:
Curse of the Elements
Immolate (which I maintain)
Conflagrate (watch for cooldown)
Incinerate (use until conflagrate is ready, or enough burning embers for chaos)
Chaos Bolt (I make sure backdraft is under 3 stacks before I use)
Dark Soul: Instability (I use this when I have close to 4 burning embers)
Shadowburn (when available)
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

P.S. I know the enchant on my weapon isn't the best, but I don't have enough sha crystals for Jade Spirit, and I am kinda hoping I get a better weapon before that time comes.

I'm not to hip on destro, but some small things I noticed. I thought stats for destro are Hit>Int>SP>Haste (4717)>Mastery>crit. Am I wrong on that? If I'm correct, some of your reforges and gems are wrong. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong I guess.
You have a stam gem in your helm?
Rotation stuff I don't know destro. So I'll let someone more into destro talk about that.

rotation seems fine, rain of fire can be used on a single mob to help dps and gain embers.
As for Dark Soul, I use it for chaos bolt dumping. so build up embers then once u get 4 hit DS and spam chaos bolt. I combine it with Synapse Springs, and use a haste trinket at the start of a fight to help get embers (since the effects don't stack with springs)

look at the stats here there is also a tab that will give you a rough rotation when you play with it a little you can make macros to link spell in the rotation together. If you need any more help you can PM me if you can or just direct quot me and i will help you with rotation and give you the macros i have in my rotation.

Just my 2 cents...actually its someone else's.
The short version is - track your procs (trinks, echant etc).
Here is the long version.
In a LFR, I met a warrior, whose main is a destro lock, and gave me a few advise.
Before then, I never bother tracking my trink procs, which I considered just random and I don't alter my rotation because of them. I told him I did 500K DPS once on aoe but was not able to do it again.
He told me yes I can. I just need to track my trink procs.
Since than, I took his advise and track my trink procs and that greatly increase the numbers I get from CB.
i.e. without trink proc, I normally get around 200-250K for CB. with both of my trink proc'ed and popped DS, I can get 600K+ CB. (He told me he can get 1M CB in Jink'rokh fight while standing in the water)
Most of the time, I can time my CB to get around 500K CB with single trink proc.
Some actually advise against using DS with certain procs. I am not that hard core, but you might want to experiment with them a bit.
The point is, optimizing your procs can push your DPS "quite" a bit.

My destro lock just hit ilevel 524, and is doing amazeballs damage. I swear, and I wish I had a screen shot to prove it, that my personal best crit thus far was... 1.8m. I didn't believe I saw it right at first, but yes, that was the number! Love my lock! :D
One thing that is boosting her dps is I keep every piece of gear fully enchanted and gemmed, packing on the intellect and... Mastery, believe it or not. The mastery bonus it's giving currently boosts my Immolate, Incinerate, Fel Flame and Conflagrate damage by 25%.

Ok so im a lvl 83 destro lock and i look at these numbers and thrilled because idk how to work demon and afflic! what other classes pull of this dps? because you make locks look like gods in my eyes!
