Swap / Redefine LMB/RMB clicks?

I have been playing with a Naga-type mouse for years, and can't give up my extra numpad for the life of me. After nearly 2 years of service, this one's left click decided to bork, and works maybe 1/5th of the time now ; ;
I hooked up a second mouse and have been swapping between the two whilst playing, but it's getting tedious & tiresome~
Is there a way in the game settings to redefine "cast" or whatever "left click" does while targeting an area for an AoE type spell? If I can manage to swap them, so that right-clicking once I chose an AoE casts it, 99% of my issues will be solved~
Anyone know if there is a way / how to accomplish this? (aside from redefining the mouse in windows~)
