Ok...
Enchant Weapon - Minor Striking
gives 1+ damage to everything when
Enchant Weapon - Minor Beastslayer
gives 2+ damage only to beasts. So
Enchant Weapon - Minor Striking
is better then
Enchant Weapon - Minor Beastslayer
in the end.

Hey OP, if you haven't seen this, check it out:

A bit out of date, but all pre-MOP weapon enchants are separated out by color. Just some helpful semi-related info.
