I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough and show me an action bar layout for the most DPS as well as which talents I should choose. (I worked SO HARD on my talent tree before >_<)
The shortcut panel and keybinds is a matter of personal preference and experience with it. There is no universal action bar. You want to:
-have often usable skills as accesible as possible
-short reactive cds close enough
-longer cds in some farther but still accesible spot
There are plenty of keybinding guides out there. Prefer this one:

As for talents.

On last one use bloodbath.

There's not much to add onto Zakkhars comment. I basically did the same thing in Wrath before I got a Razer Naga for Cata. My 1 through 6 keys were anything I could easily press with my left hand (which I normally used for movement), and the rest were with my mouse via clicking. I'd group up my long CDs (or just put them off to the side to see their CD after macroing together the ones that worked with one another), and stuff like Charge/Rend(in Wrath and Cata)/Sunder/Colossal Smash/Ect in the 1-6, then longer stuff or abilities that I rarely used (like shouts and whatnot) in the rest.
My prime suggestion is compare with other warriors and find some quality ones to chat and share ideas with on your realm or Real ID list. By comparing and talking with them, you can see what they are doing to pull the numbers they do, then try it out and adjust it to how you prefer to do things. Don't forget to look up their characters to see their enchanting/gemming/gear to get an idea of what to go for. However, this can back-fire in that if they don't know what they are doing, it'll mess you up as well. If you want to get into a raiding guild, ask in trade or on your realm forums for any suggestable warriors to check out and chat with. It can go a long way and help you to become more self-reliant for when asking us doesn't give you the results you were hoping for.

Awesome thanks for the links! I just wasn't sure which talents and attacks did the most DPS and in which order or rotation they should be done in.
The icy veins got very good section for leveling.

Instead of relying on sources you should do just that. Check information in different sources and try them out yourself. You may end up in doing something slighlty below optimal, but the game is about having fun and if you are having fun doing it, hell if anyone else cares.
If i see someone in a 5man doing something absolutely wrong, which affects their performance greatly i will tell them (even though they havent asked for advice).
