Is there an addon or website we can goto to see what the weather is in the different parts of Azeroth? I would be very happy to know when it was a sand storm in Tanaris for example so I could try to catch the Silithid Hatchling or one of the other weather related pets :)

Even if not "predicted" couldn't there just be an addon to show the current weather anywhere you wanted to see :)
