Does Black Auction House zone unstealth anyone?

Hey all,
Does the Black Market Auction House area unstealth anyone (Rogues or Ferals)?
Whenever I'm in/around this AH on my rogue, I am unstealthed at least once a minute, despite no action on my part.

Just tried this on my Level 86 Rogue, stood there stealthed for around 8 minutes and never got pulled out of Stealth.
It's possible this only affects Level 90's, or that it has another requirement such as an opposing faction member being present/around or something like that. Or you could've just been bugged.

Just tested it again. Even without anyone around, I would get unstealthed regularly. (I'm a 90 Rogue on a PVP server.)
Edit: There are also some periods of time where I'm also not unstealthed. So now it's seeming very arbitrary.

There may be an NPC releasing some aoe that pulls you out of stealth. I never spent much time in the Veiled stair and am on an RP server now but I remember having this unstealth issue in some areas of beta because of zone buffs, npc aoe's, and phasing issues. Submit a ticket?
