Basic Tol Barad question.

Hello,
I've done virtually no PvP so I apologise if this question is a silly one, however :-
I've been working away at the Tol Barad dailies and I'm told that some are available after winning the Tol Barad battle. I see the countdown to the next battle when I'm in that area but I'm unsure of how to join the battle itself. Is there an NPC that gives out a quest or somewhere to queue? Do I just need to be at a certain spot when the countdown hits zero?
I also read that an instance is available after a win. If I end up on a winning team (despite rather than because of my contribution I'm sure), how would I then run that instance?

You can queue for Tol Barad via the normal PvP interface (last I checked). When the battle is ready to begin, the queue will pop and teleport you to Tol Barad.
If Tol Barad is in, say, Alliance control, the Alliance will then have access to Baradin Hold (10 or 25man) which drops level 85 gear.

No... You can hand them if you dont have isle. You just hand them at your base camp where you hand thous other quests.

One other thing - is Tol Barad PvP only for lvl 90? It is not listed as an option and I'm lvl 89 at the moment.

Yes it is level 90 only now, same as Wintergrasp.

Correction...there is a weekly quest you can get in your factions main camp...and turn it in after a victory for a few hundred honor (300 I think) and 3 TB badges...remember it's weekly though and you have to get the quest before the battle starts (or someone can share it during the TB battle.)
