Are you high enough level to have access to it? Is the level of your gear high enough to queue for the respective dungeon?

Did you finish the dungeon? If you leave before it is finished, you get a debuff that prevents you from entering any other dungeons for a while.

Used to be (think there still is) a limit of zoning into more than 5 dungeons / hour. Pretty sure it's still there - so if you're going too fast through them, that could also be the issue.

Heard a few talking about that today. Another issue with the dungeons atm is that you cant kick anyone for 4+ hours lol.
