Morning,
With the extra roll and Goc forbid its not 28g. If it is loot is it just for our class in general or weapon types that we used to kill the boss? In other words say you kill Elegon using your 1H's is there a chance of the 2H sword? Or will it be just the axe and stupid gloves?
Im SMF atm but would like to try TG/Arms to mess around with. Should I kill Elegon AS TG to try for Starshatter or does it not matter?

There is no difference what you have equipped.
Only general role/spec matters.
The loot roles are kinda wrong (especially for blood dks), but talking from warrior perspective you can get both 1hander and 2hander regardless of what you are using. 1hander is also a tank weapon.
If you are ever wondering what you got access to from certain boss just use loot filter/spec.
Or whether it can recognize the difference in Fury between TG or SMF.
It cant. Same way it can recognize between monks DW/2h, frost dks 2h/Dw...
Same way it couldnt recognize a difference between boomkin and feral in DS.

Seriously this far into the expansion and you dont know the loot is personalised yet?
There is no such thing as "1h strength weapon drops" - loot isnt raidwide.
10 ppl can get the same drop (or not). Your chance of getting a drop isnt lowered by someone else getting it. Its independent.
On another note, you can do lfr boss how many times you want and each time you can use the coin giving you 4 chances a week (1 normal + 3 coins) to get the item you want (not sure if its working as intended).

It was that way the first few weeks, but is that still the case? I thought they fixed that, as you were only supposed to be able to get loot from a boss once per week.
(I wouldn't know from personal experience, I hardly do LFR and I wouldn't use my coins on it if I did.)

My guildie is doing it every week trying to get a LFR healing mace with sha touched socket, so it worked this Wednesday as well.
