Why should the rez spell require level 18 instead of 15?

While the other healer classes acquire rez spells at levels no higher than 15, why should the monks' rez spell require level 18? It should require level 15 instead of 18 to acquire this spell because you start running dungeons at level 15. More consistent, isn't it? (I thought Blizzard has fixed it on patch 5.1, but they didn't. D:)

Because that's how Blizzard wants it? Also, in Beta, the rez spell was a lot higher in the levels; nearly level 30.

For what it's worth, after getting your Enlightenment buff, it will take you all of half an hour to go from 15 to 18. It's really not worth sweating.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I though you couldn't get the enlightenment buff until level 20.

It just seems such a silly thing to quibble over, I never had anyone die in all the instance runs before that and even if they did, another group member is bound to have a mass ress from their guild perk.
