I'm fairly new to Druid tanking but as I'm fighting in the MoP dungeons I find myself wasting Global Cool Downs on thing such as Faire Fire, and Thrash, kinda hard to explain but to the point, Is there an addon thats has a high UI visual of the time that remains on your dots and things sucks as Weakened Armor and Weakened Blows?

Using either of those abilities on cd isnt a waste of time, they can give you free mangle procs which is a good thing.

As Cantoluna said, FF and Thrash are actually part of our rotation. Kinda makes me wonder what you'd rather use your GCDs on, if not FF and Thrash ...
Other than that, I sometimes use DroodFocus. Very nice visual. If you prefer countdowns in the form of bars, then NeedToKnow will probably be better for you.

Badkitty also works quite well for tanks has both bars and icons can use either one you want.

is what i use and love for DoTs and Hots and whatever you want to track even buffs
