Personally I use the default UI with a few addons - IceHUD for a health (and more importantly focus) bar in the middle of the screen, as well as Quartz Castbar as my most importyant (allows me to start my next CoS cast quite a bit faster, as I can see when the previous one is actually completed with latency factored in).
For Priority for BM is KC>^SrS>GT>AS>CoS for the rotational abillities, but with an actual rotation being
KC, 2xCoS, 1xInstant
KC, 1xCoS, 3x Instant
KC, FF, 2xCoS, 1x Instant
While under BW+RF, you will generally only have 1 CoS (if any is needed) and spam GT>AS between KC. While under BL, you will simply add in more AS as time and focus regen allows.
Make it a habit to use at least 1 CoS per KC (preferably without overcapping focus) to keep up SrS.
(And since this is the second time I'm writing this out somewhere, I guess I really should take the time to add it to the guide here and the EJ thread.

That can be KC, CoS, 3x Instant even with no haste on gear and no haste buff, provided there is adequate focus. You would have to be nearly capping out.
With 0 haste from gear/buffs, you would need 108 focus just before the initial KC in order to have sufficient focus for the subsequent KC. Obviously, this requirement can be reduced via Dire Beast, Fervor, Glaive Toss substitution, or Invigoration procs.
Math for that: 2x KC (80) + 3x Arcane (66) - passive regen for 6 sec (24) - Cobra regen (14) = 108 focus lost over 6 sec. Haste from gear and buffs has a negligible effect since it will only add to the passive regen, so call it ~105 for most gear sets.

It will add passive regen and reduce cobra shot cast time, which may in fact be counterproductive for this scenario reducing the number of seconds the regen ticks for.

And indeed it is, that was a typo (or rather a brainfart - edited the post for clarity.)
