Cant add my characters to my profile

I have tried to add my characters to my profile, but it wont show a claim character buttom

your using the wowhead client addon?
there is an option there will let you register your chars too your wowhead account automatically

It's under "manage character" - there should be options to "resync" and "claim character"

There are no resync or claim character options. At least none that are obvious. Where specifically?
