If you're Horde, you can take a zep to Grom'gol Basecamp from Undercity.
If you're Alliance, I'd advise you walk from Stormwind. (I don't play Alliance so not sure on travel routes.

Actually, you can get the zeppelin to Grom'gol from Orgrimmar

If you're playing as Alliance, you can start from Raven Hill Cemetary (Duskwood) and run south. Once you cross the border, you'll cross a bridge and have a fork in the road. The path to the right goes to an alliance outpost. The left takes you to the rest of the zone.
