I was wondering, are lfr and regular raid locks the same? Can I raid with my guild and do lfr? What about heroic mode?
I just started raiding and was curious of my options.

Yes, the Heroic modes are tied into the regular raids, and LFR is a 'free' run per week.

Also, 10man and 25man raids are shared. Unless your on Korean realms were they have split the two and made them separate lockouts.

The fact that the two arent shared normal VS lfr is awesome. If you can get into a normal and an LFR its double the chance for loot. Which IMO is much needed with the lack of drops I have seen. Or maybe I have horrible luck.
