Transmog help

Looking for a cloak to go with this:

Black w/ some green or just pure black would be nice.

Also looking for a weapon, preferably bow.

Thanks, but I can't really see how that bow fits the set. The cloak isn't dark enough for my purposes, I'm thinking along the lines of Blood Knight War Cloak without the red elements.

Metal accents? Demonic theme? Nearly identical colour of particle effects? Only idea for alternative I can think of is Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle, in case you wish to drop the bow preference.

There isn't any darker cloak of uniform colour anywhere in the game.
