Questing in the Jade Forest

Though I can't say for certain as I still have yet to muster the will to play any of my higher level characters, it's a pretty safe bet to assume that once it's time for you to move on, all the quests in the zone will converge to a specific quest hub/NPC that'll give you a linking quest to another zone.
In general, if you follow the appropriate achievement for the zone you're in (found by checking the Achievements pane (default hotkey of "Y") > Quests > Mists of Pandaria (I'm guessing; haven't checked) > and then selecting the appropriate zone achievement. This'll show you how many quests you have done, and thus, how many remain in the Jade Forest.
There isn't an overarching zone-wide story, so it's really not necessary to worry about it. If you feel that the temple area will be the "ending" for you, go ahead and save it. Then when you get the quest that clearly is the breadcrumb to the next zone, just hang on to it while you finish up the JF quests in the order you want.
I move on to the next area that will take me to the next zone (logically). Like the other posters said, it honestly doesn't matter which you do or in what order. Quite honestly I don't believe I followed any quest lines into Wilds or Vally from Jade Forest. I was leveling so quickly that when I dinged 86 I just took the path into the wilds and found quests there. It's pretty easy to just move onto a new region even if you dont have the breadcrumb quests, so don't get caught up too much on the correct order. :) Just enjoy leveling!
