I know there are tons of addons that could track anything for me, but for my purposes, I really just need a bar to track Inquisition's duration and would like to avoid wasting resources on huge do-it-all addons. Is there anything small like this?

NeedToKnow, I'd suggest. There's multiple addons that do the same thing, but in a different way, for example InlineAura displays the duration of your inquisition on your button itself. Or you could use PowerAuras to display it graphically.

Second vote for NeedToKnow. Excellent addon that you can literally track anything with without the super high memory usage of many similar addons.
