The Insane, bugged?

Hello
I was exalted with all Steamwheedle Cartel factions yesterday. I killed a Booty Bay guard just to see how much Bloodsail rep I get. I was just a few points above exalted with Gadgetzan/Booty Bay, so this brought me to 20900/21000. I just clicked my insane macro to see my achievement progress, and I discovered it shows only Everlook/Ratchet as fulfilled criterias. Does this mean I have to be exalted with both factions at the same time? Or is this achievement just bugged?

I don't think so. The macro may have just worked in an unintended manner. Once you reach a reputation, you no longer have to keep it (iirc).

I'm not sure that is true of all the reps, but I am sure it is of Bloodsail - Steamwheedle.
You never needed to have them both at their respected ranks at the same time before 5.0. Though I don't know of any possible changes made. Generally best place for insane info is

. The dude has done the insane many times (Even on a level 40something warlock bank alt) before accountwide achievements.
