No loot rolls on first boss?

Anyone else notice no loot rolls for the first boss in a dungeon? I've had this happen fairly regularly, but I haven't seen this on any forums.

I had it happen once two days ago while running a random regular. The tank just looted all the items and went on. All other loot rolls were fine, though.
It has not happened since, though. I have no idea what causes it.

When you say "no loot rolls" what precisely do you mean?
I know Blizzard made a change so that your chat window doesn't get spammed with the list of who chose and rolled what. So what you see now is the box to make your own Need/Greed/DE choice and then the results of who got what.

i've been running quite some dungeons lately to be capped at 4k, while also buying some new boa's .
must have been 15-20 dungeons in last 3 days and i never had this happen to me.

Out of a dozen runs I've had this happen with the last, just yesterday. There are no loot rolls, the first person to click on the boss picks up the item and there is no loot roll menu "need, greed, disenchant, and pass" menu. The second boss, and the loot menu pops up as normal. Only thing I can think of is I've joined all the dungeons as a group. I've put a bug report in.
As an aside, people have been good about it and offered to roll on it.

Had it happen to me on a couple of bosses... It was just a couple in the normal Cata dungeons where I didn't really care about the loot.

I had this happen in Ulduar 25. We killed Leviathan and there was no loot. The person doing the master looting couldn't click on the body and there was no loot anyone could see. The bosses after it were all looted fine.

I had it happen until I changed a setting about being able to see loot rolls.
