one would say it would, but i havent got both so i cant say for sure.
but it shouldnt be too hard too check if you bring a long a few dusts too reset the glyph on and off and read what your combat log says.

I would be inclined to say it is affected by the glyph, but I can't gather evidence on it. It's not possible to track the heal.

i would assume so. there is nothing to say that the two are mutually exclusive at all

As interest says, there is, unfortunately, no way to track the heal (it doesn't even show up in green numbers on the pets portrait), but there would be no reason to suppose they do not stack, as the glyph increases healing done.
The only case of SB not interacting with the glyph I can see is if it is coded as actual health regen - and even then, I think it would stack.

6 minutes in it is shown that the glyph does affect Spirit Bond. Granted this was back in late April... but yeah.
