just wondering how many ppl (specifically eu btw) are still having issue with logging into wow, and would also like to know if your ISP is 3g(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##sas148##DELIM##Please try to keep your similar topic limited to a single post rather than making new ones.

i have just finally been able to log in after using an old wow install on an old hard drive, downloading the updated tools and what not, then putting the patch data from wow>data>cache into the folder, and have been able to log in (previously couldnt)
the issue i now have, is when i hit the launcher, it says i have no download to do, as it is at 100%, yet when i log in i am faced with incredible lag (average 4000-6000ms) and see the little circle thingy that says i am downloading, when i mouseover the icon on my screen, it says download: 0% complete
do i need to transfer some more files over?

your installation is probably fine, it sounds as if it is indeed your connection. Is "3g" a company/service or do you mean you connect via a shared connection from a smartphone?

3g is my ISP, it is a mobile phone/broadband provider
