i am having a real issue atm.
i am constantly getting one of 2 errors recurring
1. i use the 64bit launcher (on a 64bit machine) and get the message 'unable to connect at this time, please try again later, if issues persist go to 'support link' (which goes nowhere helpful really, just the standard delete WTF/interface/cache that DOESNT HELP)
or
2. i use the 32bit launcher and am UNABLE to get past 'connecting' (this 'attempt' i have been on 'connecting' for at least the last 25mins)
i have downloaded a file from eu site that attempted to search for any updates i need, yet 'world of warcraft is up to date'...... but it isnt and i cant dort it out >.<
anybody have any ideas?
update, if anyone can help, have just run a tracert and these are the results

Have you checked the Tech Support forum on battlenet? You can't be the only one experiencing this, and I'm sure you'll find some advice there.

lol at tech forums on wow-eu site, the blues seem to want to sort out issues of low FPS and high latency for ppl who are ABLE to log in, yet offer no support/advice for the ppl that are UNABLE to log in

Well, you asked for advice and I gave you some.
If you want to be snarky I'm done with you.

Have you tried deleting the standard folders for connection problems?
Have you tried looking on the EU and US forums to see if someone else has had a similar problem and perhaps found a fix? The Blue's aren't the only ones who can be helpful in those areas.
A quick google suggests disabling your antivirus and firewall and trying again.
Are you right clicking the launcher.exe and selecting "Run as Administrator"? Have you tried this?
This link may or may not be helpful.

Good luck!

just a question, could the information contained in the following link be causing the issues, i, and so many other ppl on wow-eu forums are experiencing?
http://tracker.outages.org/reports/view/26
In theory yes. Your timeout report shows that there was a problem in London and the mentioned carrier shows as the carrier. We obviously cannot help you diagnose it, and I urge you to post this link and your first post in this thread to the EU forums. At the least, it will help others keep track of problems.
(It's generally best to keep discussions of a single topic to a single thread, especially if the other thread you started is still on the front page, which is why I replied here.)
