Well thank you... I'll upload it with my wowhead uploader and hopefully it gets updated... But that wasn't my question though. I was asking who is he like what does he do?

If nobody has seen him to upload him, I doubt anyone will know what he does =P

Can't really upload when there is no way to interact with him. First time I saw him was on Beta when he spoke up as my Pandaren walked over him.

Supposedly he's part of the Pandaren intro quest to Stormwind. Every city has a few named citizens like Gavin now that acknowledge the Pandaren as they walk by.

- I guess they didn't copy over that DB when 5.0.4 launched, so new NPCs etc. have to be transmitted by enough people via the client for Wowhead to recognize him. I'm not sure, but as he's stealthed, he might not be loaded into your cache just by visiting SW. If I'm wrong there, it's simply Wowhead's treshold, or that there wasn't a data push yet after he got "accepted" by the live DB.

Reason why no one might have seen him is because he is a rogue. Or at least stealthed. Found him in trade district in the "tunnel" on the north east side.
