I saw these doods with a sick backpack on their back it looked kinda "forsakeny" is had skulls two little pumps and was brown/grey heres the pic if anyone know where to get one id be uber happy

Note: i don't care about the blue ones

I think that's Vile Fumigator's Mask. It's only available during love is in the air (a rare drop from the daily box).
FYI, if you don't display cloak than the back tanks won't show.

I have an epic quiver from an old Hunter quest line that was removed in Cata that shows on my back when I don't have a two handed weapon. Maybe it will show up again come MoP since I won't have anything but the bow?

I use it at a 24 slot bag now.

i know for sure when you got I-Scream Cryocannon in your back pack it will show 2 big blue tanks on your back.

i had this on my rogue alt, and i just couldnt figure out why cause i abonded all quests when i lvled too much from bg's and dungeons. but i figured it out when i saw that I-Scream Cryocannon never was removed from my bags when i abonded the quest it came from. removing it, made the tanks also dissapear.
so i went back and got a new pair since i liked how it looked :D
