"Oh, you're quite ballsy - especially for someone with no working junk," Yotul grinned at Luther, then turned back to Sashira, "Thirty-five to sixty-five."

"Loot we happen to find. I take thirty-five percent. Who gets to choose first can be negotiated. And, of course, the minimum wage of," she kneaded her lower lip, then finished, "Fifty five silver in the off case we do not find enough."

"Fifty-five," Yotul corrected her with a serene smile. "You will not be disappointed."

"Might as well watch it. At this rate they gonna sew him back together with his arse and his face, well, facing the same way. Now that would be amusing," Yotul let out a wicked laugh.

Zudan Bloodcraze
Durotar
Zudan snored heavily and muttered in his sleep, "gimme' da' blood mon..." and dozed off... Hours went by and Zudan woke up in the evening, as the sun harbored against the red horizon slowly faded away into the blankness of night. "Eyyy' Mon, I be havin' da' best dream'" Zudan stretched his long arms, the sound of joints being rolled could be heard, as Zudan stood up he smiled at Rommash who obediently stayed with him.
"I be glad ya' didn't rob me in ma' sleep and take off, the last time a bandit did that I had ta' track him all da' way to Orgrimmar, it turns out he was a goblin thug. Well, I broke his neck and bought 'dis steely axe 'mon." Zudan unsheathed his axe, who's glimmer was lost to the fading light of day. "So, you be ready to hunt for 'dis raptor - I hope it be sleepin' 'mon so we can kill it in it's sleep."

"Well actually I didn't have a specific shield shape in mind." She said as she kept following the apprentice. "Which is easiest to use for a novie?"

"Probably the tower. Just need t' keep it in front of you. Buuut only works well if'n the enemy
is
in front of you. Damn heavy to maneuver," Richard said, clunking down the tall somewhat curved rectangular shield.
"Kite would be a good second. Easier to move around and offers good protection," he continued, picking up the curved top and angular bottom styled shield. "But, I don't know if you could handle it for long," he added, looking Sila up and down.
"Buckler's lightest, easiest to move around," he said, strapping said small and circular shield onto his forearm and giving a few shows of bringing it up for a block. "But naturally, doesn't offer up much protection. Need to see where the enemies comin' from, and bring er up just right, else they'll cut right into the arm." The apprentice blacksmith indicated the small size of the wooden shield.

Sila grabbed the shield and slid the grip on her arm and did a few mock blocks. "You're right....this thing is a bit too heavy for me to use." She said as she began to hand the shield back to Richard. "So then that makes up my choice for me, guess I'll go with the Buckler."

"The least expensive one's the wooden type with a metal nub in the middle. Leather strap goes around the hand and arm, see?" Richard asked, showing Sila how to attach the shield to her arm.

She nodded in response. "So it's quick and easy to get on then. That should be good for the things I'll probably use it for."

"Great! Now, may I interest you in our mail armour? Fits nicely and you won't find better workmanship in town!" Richard exclaimed.

"No thank you." She said. "I'm on a tight budget and can only get the sword repaired and this shield for now."

Richard seemed to deflate slightly at that. "Oh...okay then. Let's see, forty copper for the buckler, and-"
"A silver, and eight copper for the sword and sheathe," the blacksmith declared, appearing at the door with the blade in hand, wrapped up tightly in a thin leather sheathe. "I had a spare leather sheathe that will fit lying around for an order that was never picked up," he said, descending the steps and passing the blade over to Sila along with a small sharpening stone. "Make sure to keep the blade clean, and dry it off before putting it away. Sharpen it regularly, and it will serve you well."
