Ultimate quest relationship database

I have been working quite some time on a quest database addon that understands how quests relate to each other so one can query the database to see whether a quest is available, as well as other things like what prerequisites have yet to be met, or if a quest cannot be obtained, the reasons why.
In attempting to resolve some issues between in-game experiences and the addon's data I have found some interesting posts on this site. For example, in some quest tree posts by Whiterock I have encountered some information that may prove useful to integrate if I were able to properly interpret how some of the quests relate.
Therefore, I was wondering if there are others in the community who are interested in participating in making the addon's database more robust? Lately work has primarily been done on getting MoP beta data, but there is still a lot of old world data to clean up and make more accurate.
The ultimate goal is to have an addon that is robust enough that any of the various quest addons that need a database of quests would be able to use one addon "library" instead of having to go through the process of reinventing the wheel.

Are you talking about a game addon? How would that query the database?

Yes, an addon. The database is part of the addon. When the addon loads into WoW, it loads a large amount of data about all the quests that are available from its own addon files. There is no interaction with the web to get the data when playing WoW.

You mean
Loremaster
?

No, I mean Grail as the backend. The frontend that currently uses Grail to its fullest is Wholly. Loremaster is quite limited in what it does. The scope of Grail is larger than the requirements for Loremaster.
Links follow since I cannot seem to get them inline as they are being removed when it posts:
