The Mod is referring to your official server forum. It's not on Wowhead, it's on Blizz's official World of Warcraft site.

Go to the way bottom and you'll see
Realm Forums
. Find your realm forum and post what you are looking for.

Go to the official WoW site (
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/
).
Click on "Forums" in the top bar.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page, where you'll see the beginnings of a realm list.
Click "All Realms >" (link below the list of the first 8 realms, alphabetically).
Select your realm from the list.

and by the way, i did not find Outland in Realm Forums like you said sky3union
You probably went to the US version of the site instead of the EU version then.
The direct link I gave should work for you though. :)
