You can use a normal mouse to move. Most people advise just using a mouse with 4-5 buttons. The normal left and right buttons, another on each side and maybe one more in the center next to the wheel. With that you can customize a lot with just those. You can even use the mouse wheel to do commands, such as when you scroll it up you cast a damaging spell or scroll it back you cast a healing one. Whatever you want to do.
With default settings you can hold down both the left and right buttons and that will make you character move forward. If you hold down just the right button it will make you character turn whichever way the camera/you are facing, but it won't move them unless you hold the other mouse button or press forward, default 'w', on the keyboard.
A lot of players use their mouse for movement as it lets you get off abilities easier so you don't have to hold down the directional buttons as well as try to cast spells. Using the buttons to move and turn around is what most players call a "keyboard turner" meaning they use the buttons to turn their player around instead of using the mouse buttons. They also call someone that clicks most of their spells a "clicker". They mainly get used as derogatory terms, but you shouldn't let it affect you much if you're just starting out.
You can get a mouse with buttons on the side, several people do. I believe that most people that do get mouses like that use it for healing. They have their button on screen laid out to match the layout of the buttons on their mouse and use that to heal with. You can also add in damaging spells and use just that instead of actual keybinds. That is up for you to decide.
As for setting up and using keybinds,
this is a great video showing you how to set them up and good ways to use them.
I myself use just a mouse I got from Walmart that has the 2 main buttons, the mouse wheel and 2 additional buttons on the sides. It works just fine for me. And as for getting use to the controls, I know how it feels. I used to play RuneScape and everything in that game relied on you clicking. You had to click to move, use items, attack, pick items that were dropped, etc. The only thing the keyboard was used for was typing, unless it has been changed recently.

I wasn't sure so I looked.
Yes Walmart has it online. I have been using the wireless mouse for a while now. I have been meaning to get a wired one to save on the batteries, but never got around to it. This one is real smooth. I can use it on anything and it'll still work, this is mainly due to it using a LED light for tracking. I have been known to lay down and use the mouse on my belly to navigate my laptop :D. Aside from the battery use, I had problems with the wheel. The rubber part got a little tore so it would feel weird while scrolling. I ended up just taking that off and the plastic underneath still works fine, except that it likes to scroll more than I like sometimes.
