So, anyone else here about this "StarForge" game?

If not, you have now.

I've downloaded the Alpha version they have available, and so far I have to say that I'm am very much impressed by it. Minecraft for adults, I've heard it called, and I agree. No, not everything that was shown in the video has been working perfectly, and no my computer isn't the strongest one out there - and probably barely qualifies to even run the game - but the game itself is a lot of fun.

Like I said; it does have it's issue - the biggest ones I've ran into are all my fault, though. Framerate is because of my comp, and my inability to build anything higher than 1 block is because of my stupidity. Yes, there is a bug where the screen will turn completely black, and yes the night and darkened textures it brings with it does last a little too long for my tastes, but that's just stuff you have to deal with and are easily resolved (for the texture but just tab out and back in).

What I want to know is; has anyone else given it a try? Is anyone else having better luck with it than I?

I saw the RPS post about it. It looked really, really good and I was impressed.
