If you use the Wowhead Client, you can upload data that includes completed quests - then, go to the character profile page and select the quests tab where you can narrow it down by zone.

i suggest using
questcompletist addon
. as the wowhead client doesnt always so completed quest correctly. (there was a thread about it on wowhead feedback, but cant find it so fast)
anyway read the guidelines, how too use this addon and you should be ready to go.

After the release of WOLK I decided to try to do every quest available to my race/class (NE/druid). This was before low level quest tracking,anyway I got Loremaster and Seeker titles. After cata came out I noticed that my total quests completed (on the statistics tab of achievements) had dropped by almost a thousand quests.I guess when they reset a lot of the low level quest in classic WOW it erased all my hard work. I spent a lot of time tracking down and doing all those quests,and I don't even want to think about the Keymaster/keyring that I lost,lol. QQ QQ
