Feel like a retard asking but i just figured out the proper rotation for my Destro lock and it says to use improved soul fire but all i see on my action bar is the spell soul fire which is not the improved form and i guess the imp has soul fire to how do i make him use that when i want him to.

Improved soul fire is a buff you get when casting soul fire. You get 20 secs of 8% dmg increase. So you have to cast it again to keep it up. The imp provides instant soul fires randomly. It's makes refreshing the buff easier.

Don't forget, you can
for an instant SF if you are unlucky with imp procs.

When you get 4p bonus you will want to keep soulburn on cd as much as possible also.

A trick with the buff is if the buff is up and your imp procs, don't cast it right away. You have like 10 secs, or maybe a little less to cast it. But wait cuz it makes for easier uptime of the buff
