Abomination's Might is completely useless if you have any Paladin, Enhancement Shaman, or Marksmanship Hunter in your group. And maybe even others I'm forgetting. The only reason I'd take it is if you are trying to dump the points from Blood Parasite (namely for any group that does H Yor'sahj) and CERTAINLY not in exchange for Lichborne and 1/3 Scent of Blood.

any other class that brings that buff (correct me if im wrong)
So if you have more than one Paladin, or one Paladin and at least one Druid, you have the buff.
Blood Parasites is rather overstated however, it doesn't heal for much and the majority it does do is overhealing.

okay i just ran a heroic with my guild and i brought with me a ret pally and a resto druid
motw 5% increase to stregnth agility stam and int
abom's might 20% increased melee attack power and 10% ranged attack power
judgements of the just: reduces melee and ranged attack speed by 20% (debuff is placed on the enemy not a buff for a player)
hunting party: increases total agility by 2% and increases ranged attack speed by 10% for all party and raid members
none of these buffs are the same and were in fact allowed to stack with each other in my heroic group
Aboms might = Blessing of might. Not kings. And its only the AP form not the mana. I usually have abom's talented due to my dk being in a casual group that doesn't always have a pally, and I'm often too lazy to respec for solos.

Do worms give stacks? I thought no passive healing does.
I don't believe they do. We have no problems with stacks when our dk tanks it. And hes specced into it (He always complains when disc priest attonement heal hits his bloodworm instead of him hehe)

Maybe not but if they don't my guild leader owes me 100g.
Either way they're not very useful. I mean, if you have to drop something I'd definitely drop Parasite before SoB or Lichborne.

You could drop Scalet Fever depending on comp, but than again you are dropping it for another comp related talent.
PS:
Your leader owes you 100g.
If you have a DK you might as well one tank it.
On second thought, let's not tell him I like my 2% strength for Blood DPS.

I had no intention of suggesting another tank, i meant dps warrior or very bored feral who doesnt mind shapeshifting.
We have been solo tanking everything beside HC morchok and HC ultraxion.
Warrior would work but Feral shapeshifting might be a bit much.
Either way it'd be easier to just keep the points.

I would reccomend when using Noxxic's 10m blood tanking build to remove 1 point out of scent of blood making it 1/3 and also removing the point from Lichborne and placing them both in abomination's might. I find that i don't have much trouble at all with runic power generation and since Lichborne isn't used much for 4.3 content that i get more benefit from bringing a group wide buff of 20% increased melee Atk pwr and the 10% increase for your hunters. Not to mention the death knight gets a 2% strengh increase which will help some with any lost threat from not having more runic power than you know what to do with especially since DKs get alot of their threat via death strike anyway. I have had alot of success with these changes myself and would reccomend it for any blood tank. Please give this a try im interested to hear your feedback(WARNING THIS MAY BE UPDATED AND CHANGED LATER AS I GET FEEDBACK)
FYI 1 point will give the buff, all the 2nd point does is give u 1% strength.
Lolnope.
,
. Look at the differences. the 20% buff is a 10% one on the first version, and the 2% is a 1%. If you are going to go abom's might, get 2 points in it.
