i wouldn't say a complete faceroll but yet many of the fights are very easy to do.
First dude is pretty much complete faceroll.
Dragons can still hurt if you stand in fire, i mean it was meant to kill people with 100k like you dont think it will really hurt a 150k?
Council can be annoying, like i said some of the mechanics that used to hurt only hurt really badly, but get hit twice by those, healer cant keep you up you are dead.
Cho gall, same thing applies.
The only thing that is really easier about the fight is that the bosses will die in like 1/2 to 1/3 of the time. so the fights will go a lot faster so overall many less mechanics to have to deal with. But the ones you do face can still very well kill you. It is isn't exactly old content considering it is still the current expansion. I mean look at Lich king which was an expansion ago and if you ignore the mechanics you still very well die.

Depending on the drakes, if you dont have competent people interrupting shadow novas, you may wipe there as well.

Council has a lot of tactics, first you need a coordination in HP of the adds, second you need people to drop their waterlogged, third you need people with Lightining debuff to keep the hell away from everyone else similar as in Valiona (aoe arent deadly any more).
Cho gall, same thing applies.
Chogall can be extremly tricky with the adds killing and interrupting in both phases, also mc interrupting and corruption levels.

I recently did an achievement run with my 395 restoration shaman.
It may have been an effect of Bastion being a much lower tier and running Dragon Soul regularly, but the whole place felt very easy. Not 'don't tell people what to do, just pew pew' easy, but we only wiped when the raid leader didn't tell people what to do/expect.

All deadly mechanics got severly nerfed after Firelands came out plus you overgear it.
