There are no gloves currently obtainable for vp Only chest and head.

Raid finder tier ones will be better than your current.
Gauntlets of Feathery Blows
seem badly itemised but still a
slight upgrade
over Immolation handguards.
Gemming this way (on this and some other items) should keep you at full CTC.
On a side note, taking full Hallowed ground over Sacred duty...awfull choice.

Shield of the righteousness is your nr1-2 damage source on single target.
Consecration is your last damage source single target and multi target.
Sacred duty increases number of crits you get with Shotr, hallowed ground is almost purely mana talent.

Keep what you've got to keep the 4pc. It's not exactly spectacular, but it can help fix some of the range issues of the unbuffed Divine Guardian. So in other words, don't go for the VP chest. It's a downgrade between losing some CTC (the dodge/parry don't make up for the mastery loss), and losing a socket on top of that. The only clear advantage is it has 84 stamina more than tier piece and slight DPS increase from strength. Keep your T13 chest.
As for your original question, it's a pretty close call either way. The old tier gloves are itemized beautifully. I'd personally keep them and just hope for 384/397 T13 gloves.
