I read somewhere that the most important stat for my is like this:
Mastery > Stamina > Dodge = Parry > Expertise Soft Cap (26) => Melee Hit (8%)
So I reforged to cap Exp and Hit this way I could generate Threat.
Why do you think about it? Should I forget those and go for Mastery or was a good decision?
But you just said yourself that there are 4 stats better than that.
Threat never was an issue with 300% modifier to it, it certainly isnt an issue with 600% modifier. Yes, your threat equals 6x dps you do. There is no chance you may have any problems with that with hit and exp values below zero (its not possible, but still you wont).
Hit and exp are there for dps purpouses. I dont think at this gear level dps being your main concern.

Yellow and prismatic - mastery (fractured, yellow)
blue - mastery/stam (puissant, green)
red - mastery/parry (fine, orange)
Dont waste your JC gems on stamina. Use Swordshattering instead of Gargoyle.
If the item doesnt have mastery on it, reforge biggest rating stat into it.
If it has mastery and hit/exp, reforge that hit/exp into dodge.
Or just plug your character into here
and click optimise, it should fix all your problems.
PS: Your spec is awfull. Runic power mastery is useless, its just a filler to reach higher tiers for other specs, you havent gone there so 3 talent points wasted. Scent of blood 3/3 is considered overkill, 2/3 is enough. Both unholy command and desecration are useless. You shouldnt be using anything proccing desecration more than once per minute and it doesnt work for most things you'd want to slow. Imp blood tap is absolutely essential.
