Character models should be back to normal now! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tried to view the WoD version of my character but got a big blue-pink model. Tried it with other races and anything from WoD or MoP are blue-pink.
Registered for an account to see if that fixed it. Nope.
Updated flash. Nope.
Cleared Cache. Nope.
Ran CCleaner with everything checked. Nope.
Tried verifying the character. Well, my beard loaded now, but I'm still a big bubblegum monster.
I have this problem too...

Can you send browser details? It loads for me, so it's not a problem with the those specific items.

i'm having issues not being able to zoom in/out using internet explorer 11.
os: windows 8.1 x64
with chrome, i don't seem to be having any issues, but i've noticed that when using internet explorer (11 - which comes with flash built into it
*rolls eyes*
) i can't seem to zoom in/out using my mouse wheel.
that would be great to get that working, but other than that, it is looking and working great!

My model viewer link is greyed out for all transmog set pages. Normal item pages are working fine. Anyone else?

My gnome seems to have a brand new hairstyle with the "Warlords" setting on the model viewer:
Screenshot
(I won't deny, it's kind of a neat look.)
This is with Chrome 35.0.1916.114, Safari 7.0.4 (9537.76.4), and Firefox 29.0.1, all on Mac OS X 10.9.3, all with Flash Player 14.0.0.125.
Any ideas?

My browser also shows pretty much all gnome female hairstyles having missing pieces in the model viewer. Even the default one when viewing an item look from the item's page has part missing. I too use a Mac, mainly with Chrome.

Thanks for the feedback on the gnome bug, we're researching into why characters and NPCs have unintended hairstyles (or lack of). :)

Also resolved another issue where human females had their faces stretched out over their clothes--it looked very strange! Was caused by some human/undead changes in Warlords.

10 Profiles is the maximum non-Patron users can have. It's always been that way because the Profiles have a ton of storage costs and 10 is the most we can practically do for regular users.

Looks like Google Chrome browser still has issues with this. I just came here looking for an update on this issue and saw that it was fixed, so I tried Firefox and found it is fixed when viewed there. On Chrome the female WoD gnome you see when viewing an armor in model viewer has a giant bald spot where the hair tower should be, for example.
Does anyone else have this issue on Chrome?

I'm not home right now so I can't confirm it, however have you tried clearing your cache in Chrome?

Thought I had... but I tried it just now, clearing from the beginning of time and that did fix it. I guess I hadn't cleared that far back in longer than I thought.
I apologize for the false bug report.

No worries, we're just glad it wasn't broken again. :)

The Warlords version of the Draenei female model doesn't seem to load helm, shoulders, or boots for me, in Chrome or Firefox.

This is an issue we were fixing today actually! If it's still not showing up, try clearing cache--our dev says that it was fixed this afternoon.
