Hooray it's over! They played chicken and the players blinked first. I'm not really sure what the whole point was, the players didn't get a better deal than the one a few months ago.
Basically the only big changes are shorter contracts and players get a lower split of the bri. They left intact stuff like mid level exceptions, luxury tax, etc. Still a lot of details to be ironed out but we're gonna have games by Christmas! And while I have missed my Thursday night tnt games, the best part of the season is all after Christmas anyway.
