Your paladin set does look nice, though IMO the black would be more suited to a death knight (you've given me an idea though for farming something like that on my dranei death knight) :)I do agree, it's not exactly suited to a paladin. But I've deleted 3 deathknights already, and I'm just not feeling the love with warriors, so a paladin is the only plate class I play much.

Sorta Metal Set
, I'm finding it hard to find pieces that go with the rest, although I've only spent 30mins pouring through different items in the database.I really don't like the helm, but the rest of the set will make for a really different shaman. I can't think of any helms that would match the plate feel you've got.

I was trying to go with a tribal warrior theme. However I had some trouble finding pieces for it, especially for plate drops. The drops from the Zul instances are nice but don't fit a Tauren due to all those skulls and fetishes.

I stole the basic of the set from another user on these fora
First you steal my idea for a
deathly paladin
(although I have since decided to use that for dpsing rather than tanking, hence the 2hander), and then you start working on a
fiery
one too! Grrrr (only kidding :p)
Anyway, those are the two sets I have decided on for my two paladin specs. I completed the dps one, but the tank one I still need rag to drop his shoulders, and I am thinking about using the fiery Headless Horseman's sword rather than spending 20k (!) on the Blade of Wizardry.
Is there any specific reason for those sets? I'm just curious, as they're a bit random for a Paladin. ;) But the deathly set looks really nice, probably a 9/10. The fiery set looks pretty nice as well, so about an 8/10 there.

Cool. Not particularly, just thought they looked pretty cool. In a way I think I am possibly a little tired of my paladin (which is my only char btw) looking all power ranger-y, and want something a little darker. I liked the tier 10 set, and of couse tier 2 is awesome but will be overused, but the other tiers never really did it for me. I'm not a fan of the tier 13 either, but am loving the season 11 pvp one (grumble grumble must pvp grumble)
On the 'being darker' note, I got
The Horseman's Horrific Helmet
a couple days ago, so I'm working on a 'fel' looking set atm, which may actually replace the fiery tanking one.
Lol, fair enough; some of the tier sets really

look ridiculous. I'm just curious, and was wondering if there was any RP reason or anything for it.

I changed your original set, different cloak, different weapon, different chest.... would've wanted a different shield too, if that damn Bulwark of Azzinoth wasn't going to be strapped to every other warrior's arm. But hey, at least our fiery sets are completely different. In fact, I'm wondering whether I have a bit too much fire in mine.
Is there any specific reason for those sets?Nothing specific for me either, except that I'm not enamoured with any of the paladin tier sets.

p.s. wowhead got the haircut wrong, noticed this before making a custom profile
p.p.s. I typically leave the wrists as is, as they disappear under the gauntlets anyway

Have you perhaps deleted those profiles? Wowhead says they're not to be found.
My shammy has proven a hard one to find a nice set for. But while fiddling with various options, I just happened to replace the T12 chest with
Raider's Chestpiece
and found a
completely different look
. This suits my idea of an agile enhancement shaman.
