That seems really really strange. Got a link to your character?
If you have played rogue for ages then there shouldn't be an issue where you're doing something retarded like not using your basic attacks right or eviscerating too early. Try and stay around a tad longer just killing stuff so that your questmobs are at least the same level as you are.
Last time I leveled a rogue I used to role play (read: fantasize) that I were an assassin so I stayed around "infiltrating" sapping and pickpocketing and killing lots of stuff. It was really fun in a return-to-the-sandbox- kind of way. ^-^ As an adult you don't really get the chance to play around like a kid that often.
As a workaround you might wanna opt for playing together?

I just finished leveling my rogue to 85 just the other day. I started him a few weeks ago, and this is my first melee class in WoW. I did not use any heirlooms throughout the entire process, and I leveled almost entirely via questing. I had absolutely no problems at all while leveling.
My first and only death 1-68(ish) while questing/actively fighting (not afk, not talking to my wife, etc. etc.) was to a rare spawned mob that was immune to all forms of stuns and hit like a truck. I did kill him when I rezzed, so hey - at least I improved. But up until I got to Shadowmoon Valley, there were absolutely no mobs or quests I could not complete (even all of the group quests I came across) by myself.
And things were not different for me levels 1-10 - in fact, it went tremendously fast for me!
But now that you're past level 10, hopefully things work out better for you. This rogue has been the most fun I have had in WoW in a long time.

Since we dual wiled from the very start, and expertise is not easily found on leveling gear, we have this kind of issues. Getting a streak of parry/dodge/miss can kill us.
Anyway this problem solves with leveling, you get more attacks, and cooldowns (not mentioning recuperate which you have already taken).

Recuperate is learned at level 12.

But if you're rolling a dwarf gnome, and only wearing drops and QR's - be ready to die, a lot.

Dwarf Gnomes aren't as good as Worgen Elves or Human Draenei.

Chain pull multiple mobs? Why would you do that? Learn to pull selectively, and you will have no problems.
Are you for real?

My bet is that due to rogues now starting with 2x crappy daggers, and the mechanics of Dual Wielding, you are not getting enough hits in or damage to really make an impact.
I would suggest taking off the two daggers and equipping a sword in the main hand and nothing in the offhand till level 12+ or at least till you get some hit.
