I remember reading that article yesterday; he is a massive %^&*!@#, but I don't think he should have been imprisoned for it..
56%
You're not a sociopath, but you're very prone to antisocial behavior.
Other people's opinions matter little to you. You live your own fringe life - for better or worse.
Is that bad D=

To be fair Oni, I don't know how they weigh it. If they give "Do you have a high IQ" the same weight as "Do you see other people as pawns" I don't know that one person's 50% would be equivalent to another person's 50% in terms of lack of empathy or sociopathic tendencies.

Not really, taking the connotation which adds a plethora of different meanings to a word out of account, a troll is simply:
a troll is someone who posts inflammatory extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response
He did troll and did so quite successfully, he was a troll why use a different word when the phrase troll
perfectly
describes what he did. The only issue I have is with him being jailed for... well for trolling. Ya people can be cruel and say some mean things but that shouldn't warrant a prison sentence, I think the end of the article summed it up perfectly.
"People are saying nasty, stupid things. So deal with it. Shutting down free speech and stamping on people's civil liberties is not a price worth paying."

Free speech should at least be monitored in a way that has bounds..

Why? So people don't have to get thicker skins?
I heard worse things than this guy's comments going through High School...

Yep, so people don't have to get thicker skins.
edit; I prioritize respect as the backbone of any relationship, stranger or not.

So your solution is we don't give people any sense of resilience, the capacity to get over something and move on, or the ability to keep calm and have a level head when the situation is called for?
Respect is a key part of a relationship but it seems we may have different definitions for what exactly respect it, for example I would say I have no real relationship with say anonwinsaucedude924 by my definition if they are a stranger I really don't have much of a relationship with that person.
I am however curious, why shouldn't people thicken their skins? last time I checked having a thick skin is a positive feature.

I'm perfectly happy being an emotional rollercoaster, I don't want any of your skin thickener!

Thick skin is a positive feature? That means you are 15% of the population who does have resilience. I'm proud of you. Honestly. Resilience is only given during child hood. Whether you have it or not when you are an adult is determined by it.

Something stops being free as soon as you put a cage around it.

Isn't free speech caged already? There should be a thread about free speech.

That depends how you're defining "free speech". "Saying what you like in all situations regardless of destructive consequences" isn't what I would class as free speech.

Fair enough. I guess that settles it.

You are either lying or mistyped. There are 25 questions, each worth 4% and since 4 doesn't go up to 74... well...
