Bah, wouldn't that defeat the point of the game? I mean these people ruined your life, and you will just let them walk away scot free? Unless they get SOME sort of punishment I don't think I'll spare the lives of any of the main targets. Guards are another thing, I'll spare as many as I can.
Well they don't show it, but they do get their reputation ruined. In the second mission you can opt to giving the guy a brand that tells everyone he is an outcast. You don't see what happens, but you can imagine his life is ruined and he rather be dead.
Most of the time though it involves getting someone else to kill the target, or targets.
And I haven't played the Hitman series, I am a sheltered gamer.

"kind of"? o_O
I haven't played a scarier game since DooM 3 and F.E.A.R.
Truly a survival horror masterpiece. I can't wait to play Dead Space 3, but first I gotta finish up A LOT of games on my current playlist (including Arkham City, Dishonored, Alice Madness Returns, Star Wars Force Unleashed, and Kingdoms of Amalur)

For those of you who think Dead Space is scary... go play Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Finish it.
After playing that, Dead Space is... eh. Scary, sure, but not even on the same level.

I got around 20 in my Gamefly que, not to mention tons of others I haven't bothered to add, like Arkham City and Kingdoms of Amalur.
So far I have Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Saints Row 3, Far Cry 3, Mass Effect 1-3, inFamous, FF 10, 10-2, 12, 13, Metal Gear Solid HD collection (which includes 2, 3, and Peace Walker), MGS 4, Crysis 2 and 3, and several more that haven't been released yet, like Bioshock Infinite and God of War: Ascension.
Plus a few others that I hope to get to at some point lol

New Vegas
Excellent game, but I'd leave NV and 3 until last, as they soak up a lot of time.

Wasn't going to play the others, but I guess that's 2 more games I'll add to the ever growing list lol
I thought they were basically the same. I take it there's more to it then.
In other news, I beat AC: Revelations. And by beat I mean the story. There are still several things to do in the game but I think I'll send it off tomorrow. Not that into completing it 100%.

So, Metal Gear Rising is what I was hoping for. Sombrero cyborg ninja the game.
I think I'll beat it once a week for the next few months.
I still have yet to complete Metal Gear Solid 4 ='(

Not at all. People say that NV is an expansion, but it's not. It is it's own title in the series, and while technically not numbered, is basically Fallout 4.

Oh, did you mean last on my que of games to play? I thought you meant play 1 and 2 before playing 3 and NV.

Aye, I meant last on your queue of games. They'll take the longest, so I suggest playing the other games on your list first.

Okay, I got confused there. It seems to happen a lot.
Next on my list will be Saints Row 3 then the Mass Effect games after that.
I'm not really worried about how long they are.

You're gonna LOVE the Mass Effect games, but I mean it, get the DLCs. The game is way more awesome with them.
First game has only 2 really boring DLCs, Second one has several indispensables, and the third one has the Extended Cut free DLC that you absolutely MUST download unless you want one of the most depressing, and crappiest endings in gaming history.
I do have a suggested order for the ME2 DLCs. Because "Lair of the Shadow Broker" and specially "Arrival" are best played after you beat the main campaign of the game. "Project Overlord" is best played when you have assembled most of your team during the second half of the game.
As for the last 2 "Zaheed's Vengeance" and "Kasumi's Stolen Memories" the loyalty missions for these 2 optional squadmates are also best left for the latter half of the game but BEFORE you complete the campaign.

If they have the DLC on discs at Gamefly, then I'll get them. But if not then i will do without.

I think I'm going to move around my que so I get Mass Effect first and do them, then do SR3 after that. And I'll just look at YouTube for the DLC stuff since I won't be getting it soon. However my mom is wanting to get satellite Internet so we at least have it, and having satellite is better than not having it at all. So I might get a chance to play the free one, if I can get some XBL time.
One thing I curious about is the different classes you can choose. I read through them and I see theyre 3 pures and 3 hybrids, but is the game any easier/harder with a certain one or are they all about equal? Cuz I'm not real sure which I'm going to play as.

I VERY STRONGLY suggest you don't skip the DLCs.
I'll try to keep this as vague as possible so as to not give an spoilers at all.
The main joy of Mass Effect, is importing your savefile to the next game, and see your actions carry consequences like a cascade effect on the next game. And by skipping all the many DLCs in ME2, you're going to miss A TON of content in ME3, including precious "War Assets" that you'll badly need.
As for the ME3 DLCs, From Ashes adds what's arguably the most interesting and fascinating squad mate in the whole franchise (as his race is pretty unique) and Extended Cut is so mandatory I may as well recommend you to not finish the game if you don't have it. Extended Cut is free, so just download it, and apply it, as it fixes the dreadful and infamous ending of ME3.
I played ME3 with a bugged savefile the first time, and didn't recognized me my ME2 DLCs, and once I played it again with proper DLC recognition, it was a much superior experience.
You don't have to get ALL of the DLCs for ME2, just get the big 5: Project Overlord; Lair of the Shadow Broker; Arrival; Kasumi's Stolen Memories; and Zaheed's Vengeance.
While in other games you could just youtube the DLCs to see what you're missing, this is Mass Effect, and by not playing them, their consequences in ME3 are left unexplored.
the DLCs for ME1 are entirely skippable, don't worry about them. And as for the other DLCs of ME3 (Omega and Leviathan) while they add interesting content, they're also not mandatory. For the third game, From Ashes and ULTRASPECIALLY Extended Cut as the only ones that are mandatory.
One thing I curious about is the different classes you can choose. I read through them and I see theyre 3 pures and 3 hybrids, but is the game any easier/harder with a certain one or are they all about equal? Cuz I'm not real sure which I'm going to play as.
Well, for the first game, just go Soldier. The rest of the classes suck for many reasons: A, their powers suck, B: their mastery on weapons suck, only Soldier can use all 4 like a pro, C: the other classes have to use medium or light armor, which looks like crap, its like a space spandex suit, while soldiers get to use heavy armor, and D: the cooldown on their powers is absurd, and enemies resist them anyways.
So yeah, just go soldier for ME1.
For ME2 and 3 is when stuff gets interesting, for one thing, there is no more Medium Light and Heavy armor, there's just one armor type for everyone and it looks great. And for another, classes are VERY different from each other, with unique quirks and perks and special abilities.
My favorite is the Vanguard due to their Biotic Charge (as well as Nova on the third game) and my second favorite is the Infiltrator, because hey, sniper with cloaking device is pure win.
Those 2 are the ones I recommend the most for ME2 and 3. And yes you can change classes between games. When you finish ME1, and import that save to ME2, you are allowed to change your class. Ditto for ME3.

I'll see what I can do, having no source of income and solely relying on my parents is tough. As well as not having Internet.
I've heard about the terrible ME3 ending, but if I can't get the DLC I'll just stick to YouTube. It's better than not knowing at all, right?
Being able to use biotics does seem fun. I'll stick to soldier for the first game and probably change for the next one.
