I'd like to see some Subtlety improvements, mainly for PVE. Increase Setup's chance to add combo points, or lower the points needed to max it out... the existing 3 points should put us a lot closer to 100% chance to add a combo point on dodge/full resist. Some shorter cooldowns would be nice too, like a double-whammy talent that improves Distract and Premed cooldowns (helpful in PVE and PVP). Master of Subtlety could use an improvement, or work in a general DPS increase for the tree elsewhere... all the added Ambush damage is great but Hemorrhage discourages the use of daggers. Perhaps give an alternative toward the 51-pointer, allowing a new opener requiring swords/maces/fists but not daggers to take some emphasis off Ambush in this tree.

Rogues + Mail = wont happen. Why? Mail is LOUD. We're supposed to be stealthy, but you can hear a mail wearer coming from a mile away... "chink chink chink chink". I think we need a new talent on one of our trees to increase maximum energy to like 140-150. Our attacks cost too much energy, and that means we're more vulnerable to being stunned if we let up our attacks. We have a talent that gives us 110 energy, but we need 40 more, IMO.
agree, well if not more energy, maybe 30 energy restore. cause once a rogue is out of energy, its basically an uphill battle. especially if your a big energy user like mutilate or backstab. even me with hemo, i find a lot of times where it takes to long just to get slice and dice to activate. id rather more energy restored at a time than more energy all together. only thing i find kinda similar are warriors, but there always hitting hard and always have rage.
We have a 40 energy restore (100 below level 60), its called thistle tea.
